"Having a lot of dust in my home was not nice to see and not healthy. I called The Best Air Quality and Restoration and received a price and booked an appointment for the next day. I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see disgusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better because I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. I am so happy that I had this service done cheers."

"Wali Barack the project manager for water damage pro master was excellent in his service. He was extremely professional and experienced! He stayed with me through the entire dry out process. He was very thorough and inspecting everything even down to the studs. I will use them again in the future and will recommend and refer everyone to them."

"The guys did a great job. They even went above and beyond the remediation. The did prevention by fixing a leaky gutter drain that was the source of the mold damage."

"They were fast and were here within the hour. They moved the furniture and cleaned up the water. They set up all the fans and equipment. They came back three days later to make sure it was dry but it wasn't. They then proceeded to do other work to ensure it was going to dry. They gave the insurance company a status update and informed them I would need a bigger settlement since they found additional problems that they would need to fix."

"They did a great job. I'm very happy. The staff was very friendly and they kept me informed of everything they did. I was very upset when I notice water damage in my home. I didn't know what to do. I called my insurance agent and they told me to call a water damage company. After reviewing my options I decided to call 3 companies to get quotes. Water Damage America Inc's project manager explained me in detail what was going to be done in my house and give me a estimate. They weren't the cheapest but they were the most professional when coming and give me the estimate. I am glad that I choose Water Damage America Inc to do the job."

"We had a problem with a drain from a window well that would result in continuous flooding in our basement. We were finally able to fix the problem with the drain and hopefully prevent further flooding. So we contacted two businesses about mold remediation and removal of the damaged drywall and paneling. The first company, provided a good estimate but they were not as professional or reliable as we wanted. After searching online we were able to located American Home Services and then used Angie's List and saw they had great reviews. I immediately called them about receiving a free estimate and they offered to be out at my house the next day to give us an estimate. The President of the company was the person who came out to give us our estimate. He was able to explain everything that would need to be done a reasonable time frame (2 days). I received the completed estimate within 24 hours and scheduled the appointment shortly there after. American Home Services responded on time and placed plastic down in the hallway that leads to our basement to prevent any damage to our floors. My wife and I then waited as they worked for the day and after they completed the days work, they then showed us the basement and what they completed. Overnight they left a dehumidifier and other equipment to complete the work. The next day they came back and hand cleaned any spots that weren't completely cleaned within the first day's work. After they were done, I was then shown the basement and the work that was done. I then received a receipt for the services and a print out of all the work/chemicals that were used in the basement during the repair. American Home Services then provided us with a warranty to come back and fix any problems within the first year. Overall American Home Services is a great business that is willing to work with their clients and make sure that their needs and concerns are met.

"KJS showed up about 30 minutes after we called them and went right to work putting up air-movers and a huge dehumidifier. They removed the carpet padding that was soaked and checked for any additional damage that could have been caused by the water. Three days later they removed the drying equipment and returned a week after that to do the carpet repair and cleaning. They were always professional and easy to reach in case of questions. KJS was conscientious enough to recommend not getting the carpet fixed and cleaned on an extremely rainy day because they said it would take a long time to dry. I appreciated their concern. The carpet looks/smells great and there is no hint of mold in the basement. I would call them again without hesitation if needed."

"Bill Martins and Natura Care did a top-notch job with the water and mold remediation for two burst pipes in our basement. His company moved quickly and was professional and always responsive."

"They suggested that our contractor remove additional part of drywall and floor boards but determined that PuroClean's services were not required for remediation.

"Bill was very responsive and did a very thorough assessment of the water damage. He provided a detailed estimate for the work at a fair price. My homebuilder agreed to repair the damage and I didn’t need to hire Flood Crew LLC. I would hire Flood Crew LLC in the future if needed."
