"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."

"I had a positive experience with this company and received excellent service from the technician Adam.  It was a faulty fuse, which he replaced.  He also did a thorough inspection of the tub and made recommendations. Since I'm new in the home and haven't owned a hot tub before, he carefully explained everything that needed to be done in a clear, step-by-step manner.  He went through every possible problem that could arise and explained how to prevent it, including circuit board, thermostat, filters, etc (the best way to thoroughly clean the filters, for example). I had some questions about replacing the cover at some time and he explained all the options and prices for that too.

"This was the biggest house project I have had since I bought my house and so I spent a good deal of time researching and meeting with companies before I made my decision to go with Subcomm Pools. They gave me a detailed estimate and I understood what needed to be done and the total I would have to pay.
I have an old pool that was built in the 1970s which needed a major overhaul. After reviewing and approving the contract Subcomm Pools were in the next day. They pretty much stripped it down to the foundation. They redid everything from the plaster, to the coping, to the tile, to the filter, to the concrete deck around the pool. They were patient with me when I changed my mind multiple times about the tile I wanted. The guys that did the work from start to finish were communicative, efficient, clean, timely and extremely professional. The time-frame for this project was not only met, but ahead of schedule.
This was a very nice experience, I have dealt with shady contractors before, but these guys are the complete opposite, they stand by there work and product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed work done and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome.

"Made a good suggestion re the bathroom fixture to not screw the bulbs in too tightly.  This seems to have solved the problem.  As for the other 2 items, provider made a couple of suggestions as to how I could fix them myself.  That's not what I was looking for.  I contacted the provider to fix them.  I'm not sure if this was a communication problem.  I was hoping to get these issues resolved, not have a consultation on what I could do to remedy the situation myself.
