"The work performed was a kitchen back splash installation. We had already purchased the material. Sam came as requested, took measurements, provided some good design ideas, and gave us a competitive quote. He was responsive when we wanted to make small tweaks during the installation and expertly placed the center piece over the stove. Only thing we felt could be better was the grouting. It felt rushed and there are a couple uneven spots on close inspection but nothing that really stands out. Overall, great job and would hire again."

"My Kitchen and Bath - Herndon truly deserves 5 stars. We needed a shower remodeling in the master bathroom. From start to finish the company designer Josh and the project manager Sam both were excellent, explained every step of the process with clear knowledge and expertise. Sam personally kept in touch during the installation period. He was friendly, responsive, informative and very professional. They performed outstanding service and completed the job in a timely manner. Overall a great experience we highly recommend this company and truly appreciated their hard work and customer service."

"I really wanted to be able to leave a wonderful review, especially as there are so many good ones, which was partly why we chose My Kitchen and Bath-Vienna to do our small kitchen renovation. To start with the positives, HUGE shout out to Josh Turgut who had the grandest of vision for our tiny 1940’s kitchen which included some significant behind the wall design challenges. He designed us an awesome kitchen with everything we were looking for within our budget. We are very appreciative of his expertise, kindness, and overall professionalism. As for the project itself, the begin, middle, and end of our project was nothing but disappointing. Demolition left uncleared debris and some scratches on our glass topped washer as nothing was covered underneath in our basement (directly underneath our kitchen). The contractor was unprofessional, and clearly lacked technical ability and attention to detail. There was damage to cabinet fronts (which had to be argued with the project manager not just to be touched up with paint but replaced; won’t come in for weeks post project completion), grout poured in our back yard, and having to replacing a potion of our kitchen floor after having been completed blaming “it was walked on” (him and another worker rolled the fridge over the floor not even 24 hours after grout was complete). Our new dishwasher was scratched upon reinstallation with nothing reported to us about it. The construction manager UT seemed knowledgeable and when we were able to connect, seemed to want to ensure things were going as planned and to our satisfaction. The project manager Burak responded, mostly in haste, to all my inquires of questions and concern and came out to meet in person several times. It didn’t seem as if he had any specific information about our project, as there was no follow up after demolition regarding our back wall which we were unsure could be taken down and was a very important part of our kitchen renovation. A cabinet was also installed with built in trash cans that we did not request and were unable to replaced with our original request for a regular cabinet. I think it should also be noted, in my opinion, that the price of some of the renovation was over priced, being charged $600 to put in a water line for our fridge or the $550 for hardware to be installed (we supplied our own purchased hardware). Overall, we are left a well designed kitchen with some unsightly errors."

"I was looking for a small bathroom vanity countertop in  a specific Silestone color.  (A small remnant is NOT easy to find)!  I called and spoke with Nicholas.  He was extremely courteous.  He did not have what I wanted but was willing to make some calls and said he would  contact me the following week when he returned from vacation.  He did call back (which was pretty awesome in itself) and had located what I wanted.  I considered his pricing to be very fair.  Because of circumstances, I did not end up using him.  However, I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism,and pricing. In future remodeling projects,  I would definitely call Stone Depot first.

"I needed a new kitchen on a budget.  After I chose the cabinets, I needed granite, so I Googled and went to Angie's List and found Granite Vision.  The guys in the office were great.  They had a lot to choose from.  Even though I chose the "A" level (lowest cost and quality) my new countertops look like a million dollars!  They were easy to work with, very professional, and prompt for their appointment to do the install.  they have a big selection and I could see the entire slab, not just a little piece like some others.  The crew did a fantastic cleanup job too!  I would recommend these folks  highly.

"I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold.  In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right.  Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it.  That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding.  He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art.  Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace.  They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable.  Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky.  My counters are a work of art.

"We discovered Luxury Stone Craft through Angie's List after reviewing products from several other similar companies. From start to finish, we have been immensely satisfied with ALL aspects of our interaction. At our entry to their showroom we were met by Naomi, who helped to guide us in selecting from a host of options. We were able to make our choices quickly. Tony came twice to our condo to ensure that his measurements were accurate. The 2nd trip revealed an issue done by our original condo builder which certainly escaped our notice. The company was most gracious in establishing our fee for their services and installation day arrived within a week of Tony's measurements. He assisted master installers, Duke and Moya, who removed our existing counters, verified level counters after making necessary adjustments, and the job was finished by NK, a plumber associated with the company. The measurements proved to be perfect as they fabricated the quartz slabs we had selected. We are beyond thrilled with the punctuality, follow-through and quality of the work provided by Luxury Stone Craft and will heartily recommend them to our friends and colleagues. The care exhibited by all members of the company was exemplified by their concern for my wife who suffers from asthma. They took extra steps to minimize the amount of dust generated.
