Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. "Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great.
