We'd give higher rating, but can take some time to schedule an appointment, and then fairly big appointment window. Plus, no hassle or questions when they had to come back out to redo the fix. Prices are pretty standard with rest of the appliance cadre in the area."

They sent me a tracker so I knew exactly when they repair person would arrive. All went well, no delays. Also gave me advice on another issue I had. I liked that they were honest about value for money and whether it was worth fixing something vs replacing it altogether. The price was comparable to other work that I have had done. The problem is that overall prices are too high in this area and I doubt I would have found a better deal if I had shopped around.
