"Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Service from Bell Brothers I’ve never written a Angi review before, but my frustration with Bell Brothers has pushed me to share my experience. In 2021, I spent approximately $18,000 on a new air conditioning and heating system installed by Bell Brothers. Less than three years later, I’m already facing significant issues. Last year, the unit was running slowly and struggling to keep up with the heat. When Bell Brothers came out to examine the A/C, they charged me a $99 service fee and basically told me there was nothing they could do. This week, the air conditioner stopped working entirely. When Bell Brothers came out again, I was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the issue. For a unit that’s practically brand new, this is outrageous! To make matters worse, the technician suggested I hire another company to do the repairs. Bell Brothers has taken zero responsibility for the faulty product they installed, and now I have oil leaking on my roof, which the technician didn’t even offer to clean up. Despite how new the unit is, Bell Brothers hasn’t offered any discount on the repairs. I should not have to pay over $3,000 for a system that was installed less than three years ago. I’m urging anyone considering Bell Brothers for their AC/heating or HVAC needs to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand by their work. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will be sharing my experience across social media, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Bell Brothers at all costs!"

"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
