From the guy who did the estimate to the ladies in the office to the men who did the actual repairs, all were professional & thorough. Ken, Joe, & Thara worked nonstop & showed great attention to detail. Nicely done work. Would definitely hire again. Word of advice though. They're very busy so it takes longer to be scheduled but imo it's worth the wait."

"I needed a chain link fence installed. Forever Home Improvement Service came over and measured, made some calls and explained the work. Then they gave me a quote through email. I met with two other fence companies. I chose this company. They were always on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged a reasonable price. The job was done exactly as explained. They were fast and very considerate of our time. I’m very happy with the fence. It was installed so quickly. Everything was very professional. "I had my whole yard fenced in originally with vinyl and chain link fencing by Paragon Fence. Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. I appreciate their help since most companies will not repair a shoddy job done by other companies. "This is my second time with this tree company. For some reason didn't find them in Angie's list, but fortunately found their phone number in my phonebook (saved the last time). The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after. I will definitely call BJ's next time when I need tree services. Highly recommend!"

K&M began the work immediately after we signed the contract and also helped us take care of a tree obstacle that was slowing down the install process. In addition they replaced a concrete step leading up my front porch that had become a serious safety hazard. I have already referred them to my friends and inquiring about other landscaping projects they can assist me with. "Although the initial meeting was a little rushed, the owner was very professional and took his time installing our railings. It even rained during the installation, and I was concerned that he would rush the job just to finish it, but he didn't. He took his time, and came back the next day to complete the job. It all looked beautiful and we have received many complements. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in his work, and I think that's really important. I would definitely use them again.
