From the guy who did the estimate to the ladies in the office to the men who did the actual repairs, all were professional & thorough. Ken, Joe, & Thara worked nonstop & showed great attention to detail. Nicely done work. Would definitely hire again. Word of advice though. They're very busy so it takes longer to be scheduled but imo it's worth the wait."

"I needed a chain link fence installed. Forever Home Improvement Service came over and measured, made some calls and explained the work. Then they gave me a quote through email. I met with two other fence companies. I chose this company. They were always on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged a reasonable price. The job was done exactly as explained. They were fast and very considerate of our time. I’m very happy with the fence. It was installed so quickly. Everything was very professional. "My family observed K&M Bridgeport Fencing LLC installing a fence in a neighbor's yard a few house down the street. We were able to talk to the owner to get a quote. K&M began the work immediately after we signed the contract and also helped us take care of a tree obstacle that was slowing down the install process. In addition they replaced a concrete step leading up my front porch that had become a serious safety hazard. I have already referred them to my friends and inquiring about other landscaping projects they can assist me with. The owner and everyone on the crew is always very polite, respectful and meticulous at their craft!"

"We fixed the plexiglass overhang above our front door. It required the removal of existing materials and installation of new plexiglass + flashing. This sounds easy but took a few days to complete. The seal however was not tight enough and water still dripped following the repair. But Twin Oaks came out the very next day and resolved the issue. Workers were friendly and from what I can tell did a nice job. They later returned (the next warm day) to repair a damaged garage panel which they were able to do in a day. Other than leaving some debris in the side yard (not a lot), they were good to work with .. nice folks."

"Although the initial meeting was a little rushed, the owner was very professional and took his time installing our railings. It even rained during the installation, and I was concerned that he would rush the job just to finish it, but he didn't. He took his time, and came back the next day to complete the job. It all looked beautiful and we have received many complements. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in his work, and I think that's really important. I would definitely use them again.
