They arrived on time and worked skillfully and professionally to remove a furious mother raccoon and five six week old pups from our chimney. The operation was complex and at times dangerous, but the team was resourceful and in control of the situation at all times. About 3 hours after they left, Shannon sent me a picture of him letting the raccoon family out of their cages in a wooded area. "Initially Modern Pest Services / Wildlife Control Division (Mike Beaumont) were fantastic! It's raining today and Mike spent at least an hour on the roof. Then he came into the house. Took his shoes off when he came to be sure not to track anything in. He went over my concerns and looked around the house. He reiterated that there was nothing going on. Said there was no way anything was going to get in or out of the house. <br /> <br /> Just wanted to put a good word in for these guys. They did a good job!! They probably lost money on this job but didn't ask me for any more. They held true to their word and I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem."

After I called, and stated my problem and told them we needed to leave by a certain time for an apt., the actual exterminator called and told me the time he would be at or home. He was on time, and very polite and professional. Explained what he was going to do, charged us the price I was quoted on the phone, which was less than half of other exterminators in the area I had called. They take credit cards! He then got rid of the wasp nest and treated, the area, came back inside and gave us a list of the chemicals (ps he had asked first if we had cats or dogs,etc.). The wasps are all gone and my husband can use the ramp for his wheelchair again. You can trust these folks, they take pride in their work and have people skills! <br />"
