"This was a washer and dryer that the company I purchased from used a third party service to deliver and that company was awful and did not do the job. Jose came in, removed a useless beam blocking the entry, and a shelf I did not need, installed the washer and dryer which included disconnecting the old gas dryer and capping off an ancient gas pipe and upgrading the electric. He installed a 30 amp breaker, ran the wire and installed a 240V box for the new electric dryer. He and his helper were fantastic. I cannot recommend him enough!!!"

Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops.
