"Kevin met with us a couple times to bid and plan the job. He was prompt, courteous and listened to what we wanted. My wife even commented that he talked to her and listened to her, instead of just dealing with me like many contractors. He worked with us to put together a job that worked best for our needs. Communication was great .. very responsive .. worked out pricing over text. Pricing was comparable to other bids. The work crew were all respectful and well spoken. They showed up on time, worked quickly (half day to prep & and half of next day to pour) and Kevin was there working with them. I have no complaints .. I'd work with them again."

"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

Paul called me back promptly, and even though they were very busy and couldn't come give me an estimate or do the work for some time, he always kept in touch. He called routinely to check in and let me know where I was on the list. When the time came to do the steps, they were very professional and prompt and told me exactly what to expect. The steps turned out beautiful and they were able to keep of our original 1925 foundation bricks that support the side of the steps. When I needed a small concrete pad poured in my back yard I didn't hesitate to call them again, and again received the same great service and beautiful work. I highly recommend them."
