"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "From the first call made to Tom was VERY PROFESSIONAL and very down to earth. He explained what needed to be done and what has to be done to bring the roof up to code. On install day his crew was on site early and ready to rock n roll. There were 4 workers and when they started at 830 am had the roof striped off, thrown in a trash trailer, stocked the roof with shingles, laid down,an underlayment and 26 square of shingles, cleaned up and gone at 530 pm. About 9 hrs of work !!! They went above and beyond on quality installation and definitely on the clean up stage (no used nails were found afterwards) All Involved were very professional to the fullest! Would definitely use them again for ANY roofing needs!"

"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets.
