From the first call to Plumb Tite to the end of the project, everyone was extremely friendly, attentive to my needs, and identified the best solution. The gentlemen that performed the work treated me like a friend and neighbor, and listened to my needs and performed their work in a professional manner. They suggested a solution and told me what was being done every step of the way. When finished, they cleaned up, checked their own work, and were on their way. We are now good to continue on our remodel due to their work. I would definitely recommend Plumb Tite for your plumbing needs. Great Job!"

"When installing a new refrigerator, the knob to turn the water off fell off in the service man’s hand and water was going everywhere. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. In a panic I found Home Advisor and after inputting my info, Amy from Mr. Rooter called within five minutes. After looking at her schedule, she said a tech would show up in 30-60 minutes. Don’t remember the time exactly, but Mike D. showed up in about 35-45. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate. He said that there was a slow leak that had messed up the drywall and he had to cut it out. He installed all new pipes, bought a 2x4 because the new box was smaller than the old box and basically redid the entire site. Mike was so nice and explained everything he did. He realized that I was stressed and made every effort to make this process as easy as he could. If the service men would have brought the new refrigerator inside, Mike D. would have installed it for me. (They came back later and there were no issues installing the new fridge). When I first got the estimate I thought it was high, but I had no choice. In retrospect, I received much more value for my money. I will hire Mr.Rooter and Mike D. for any future plumbing projects."

"From beginning to end, great service from Logan! My initial planning discussion and estimate was with Ryan J. We sat down together and talked through the different options for the mini-split AC unit I wanted installed in my master bedroom. Since I had already researched the different manufacturers, it was an easy progression of talking through the options and alignment on pricing. I had requested estimates from two other companies, but Logan came in a little less expensive and was tied with overall professionalism and quality, least of which was noted by reading through lots of reviews. Tony S and Dan C did my install, which took about 8 hrs including breaks/lunch, etc. Both explained what they were doing at each step, and they asked me throughout if I had any questions. The cleaned up as they worked, and left the place in great shape. I appreciate the service and the quality, and will recommend Logan in the future!"

"They did a nice job, with some issues. Used subs to do the work, the guy that quoted and led the project only came out once in a while. He had several jobs going at the same time. I did have to get some things reworked, but all in all the bathroom remodel does look nice. p.s. make sure what you pick for grout is what you get. I got the wrong grout color."
