"I took advantage of their special offer on camera scoping of my sewer line, and boy did I learn a LOT! That is, my sewer line runs to the alley, not the street, and it has some failure and partial blockage. VERY fortunate am I to discover that BEFORE there's a serious problem! That will save me literally thousands of dollars. Otherwise, the appointment process, and both the automated notifications and the calls from the tech, are VERY convenient and helpful. I was not at all uninformed or inconvenienced at any time. The two technicians were efficient, informative, and 100% professional. I wish I'd used them for other jobs in the past, but I'm planning on using them again! BTW, they also came over in 2019 to check a leak in my main water line, and although I didn't hire them for that (wound up fixing it myself), they kindly referred me to a leak detection firm which got me on the right path. "Sometime in November 2013, unbeknownst to me, a water pipe leak occurred under the foundation of my house. It was only brought to my attention when I got a huge sewer and water bill totaling almost $1000 in late December. I called Greenwell Plumbing and they came out within a few days to look at the problem. For anyone who has an underground (under the foundation) leak, this company is a Godsend. This company came the very next day and Greenwell was here to meet them. Within 20 minutes of being in the house, the leak detection company had located the leak in the kitchen. Greenwell immediately started jack hammering through the ceramic tile floor and into the foundation. We soon heard the gushing of the water from the leak. This was quite a large leak as my December water bill had said that I had used over 50,000 gallons of water in one month!!! After fixing the leak by replacing the pipe, and then pouring concrete into the hole to fill it up, they cleaned up the mess and left. Throughout the entire process they answered any questions I had and apologized for having to mess up my kitchen floor, which I had just had installed a few months before. The plumbers were friendly, polite and professional. "Really excellent company to work with. They performed a big project for us last year replacing several feet of our exterior sewer line and installing a new HVAC unit. They had to put the HVAC unit on top of ground that had been previously completely dug up for the sewer line. A year later the HVAC unit had started to sink in on an angle. I messaged them about it and within a couple days they were here and lifted the unit back up and put rock underneath to keep it from sinking again. "Our sewer lateral became plugged so i called Ciriello Plumbing and they were apologetic, but said they were booked for the next 3 days. Given the urgency, I called a different plumber ( A rated also) instead. They spent 2 hours trying to clear it with a rental auger, and couldn't clear the clog. They told me the pipe was broken and said it would be $1500 to $4000 bucks to dig it up and fix it. I called Ciriello back, explained the situation, and they squeezed me in the schedule the next day. They were way more professional and had all the right tools - Their own auger, waterjet and a camera. Their plumber, Blake, was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly as roots, ran the waterjet, and used the camera to show me exactly what was going on. Blake was very thorough, and did about 3 passes of the camera and then the waterjet to make sure he had cleared as much as he could. Bottom line.... I was very impressed and wold recommend these guys to anyone."
