They briefed us each day as to what they would be working on that day and outbriefed us at the end of each day as to what was actually accomplished. We had several days of rain during the installation but the installers would call and let us know when they expected to resume installation. Our electrician deserves a bonus for this job! We are very pleased with his master level workmanship. The AC unit Michael suggested is impressively quite. By the end of our project, I can truly say that Michael and his team went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. The company showed up and after providing a reasonable quote to do the carpets, my tenant asked about cleaning the tile in the house, and the price that was quoted was absolutely outrageous. My tenant did not know any better and paid the nearly $600 to clean 1000sq ft of tiling.
By the time this company had left the house we had paid over $1000.00 for cleaning services.
Absolutely outrageous and will never use again."
