When we decided to go ahead and get the repair done, I asked if we could wait two or three weeks in order to budget the cost of the repair. Dan was very agreeable to that, and we agreed on a date and time. Dan was an excellent communicator. He messaged me two days before the repair confirming the appointment. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He had to remove the damaged flooring, and put down the flooring we had left over from when we had the floor originally done ten years ago. He was here only about 2.5 hours, was very efficient, and the noise wasn’t bad at all. He hauled away the bad flooring and cleaned up after the job was finished. He did a very professional job, and I can’t even tell where the damaged floor was. The price of the floor repair was very reasonable."

"Tom and his crew responded quickly to remove the wet carpet. I purchased the vinyl flooring and some supplies, and Tom and his crew installed it over the next few days. Installation took a few days longer than initially quoted, but his crew was prompt, friendly, and hard working. The price was excellent considering the large rooms and work required."
