"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Andreassi Masonry expertly repaired a very badly damaged walkway extending from the sidewalk to our front door. The work was exceptional, particularly because the crew--obviously very skilled!--raised and leveled sections of the walkway that had sunk an inch or two into the ground, so that the entire walkway is now perfectly even. The cost was very fair (at the completion of the work I attempted to pay a little more, but my offer was declined.) "The project went very smooth. Tim was the only one that brought up points that other contractors did not. 1. The window I already had was too close to an electric panel. Most contractors want to charge a lot extra to block it in to move new egress window over. Tim did not and said it would not be a big deal. 2. Had many good reasons why I should go with a slider for my particular situation. 3. Estimate received did not just had a price but listed the work to be done properly. Too many contractors skip the details. 4. One of the only contractors that would dig all the way to the footing. Most just dig a hole with a post hole digger for the drain and cut corners. The project had to be rescheduled a couple times but that all was smooth. Brandon, John and crew arrived on the start date and you could tell right away they had a smooth process for installing egress windows. No damage to the lawn because they lay boards down to protect it. Brandon addressed my concerns about the drain and after discussing with him I felt much more comfortable having a better understanding of it. Great communication. They were neat and tidy in the house. I had no idea what to expect having a hole cut in my foundation wall. However, it was suprisingly not that messy. All flashing details with the window were done properly. No complaints I would hire again. In a few years I will be calling about my garage floor."

"Very well. It started with the estimate visit by Ron. Unlike other contractors, he showed me just the necessary amount of work. For example, others told me my lally columns would need to be replaced and he showed me that the rust was superficial. That saved me hundreds of dollars. When they got there on time, the crew was obviously experienced and worked well with me and with each other. They worked efficiently, were very nice and cleaned up after themselves - inside and outside. They did little extras for me such as prying up a specialty floor tile to preserve it and fill in a channel which had been cut into the basement floor previously. I felt no hesitation to ask questions, which is kind of rare in work crews. They said the job would take 2 days and it took about 1.5 days. Another extra was I needed 2 new basement windows. 3 had been replaced previously and Ron took the time to order identical windows so all 5 windows would match. That was nice. All this for a reasonable price. I highly recommend B-Sure!"

"Unique requirement--lifting of furnace (in heating season) as part of the project. Worked with my furnace man to do this. Old concrete was jack hammered out and dirt removed to make room for stones. Added stones, vapor barrier and rebar to connect it with rest of floor, then poured concrete. Had to remove basement window to fit trough into basement. Readymix was delivered and wheeled into basement room where it was used. Concrete was worked and smoothed and he left no bubbles or voids. Also did extra job of power-chipping out edge of existing basement floor (to seal out minor groundwater leakage during heavy thunderstorm) and sealing it with hydraulic cement. Excellent work ethic. Good knowledge of materials. Good attention to meeting and exceeding my customer requirements."
