Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. The house looks great! #4 When we were talking about the job, he took the time and educated me about the choices between metal and shingles! I highly recommend Sunset Roofing LLC. "Everything went mostly as expected with our roof replacement. 20 sections of plywood sheathing and some rafters were replaced beyond the original estimate but we were told that might need to happen, and the extra cost was specified beforehand. Project was completed in one day despite the extra work. Accidental damage was repaired promptly with care by skilled tradesperson with knowledge on how to do the specific repair. March 24, 2023."

"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. "Our fire department was in need of a new roof and replacement of the soffits on our truck bay roof. When we were getting quotes, when we met with Zach Becker of Stellar Roofing, he explained every aspect of the job. Did an excellent job of recommending his products. I was present for these projects and I was really impressed with the crews work ethics. There was a crew of 11 -12 people over the 3-4 days they were on site. Except for lunch, each worker was always busy. Either sweeping up the debris, taking shingles up to the roof, installing the shingles etc. I would use Stellar Roofing again."

"You ask how did it go and my reply is GREAT. Last year I needed the barn roof replaced. Response from the Jerry was quick and after I had completed my portion of the preperation the roofing crew came in promptly. The work was completed in a professional and very efficient manner. With the help of Matt, the process with the insurance company and the insulation of new shingles was made (for our part)stress free. In one day our old shingles removed and new high quality shingles were installed by a professional and dedicated crew who worked tirelessly until the job was completed.
