Sebastian and his crew did an outstanding job of not only replacing the existing stucco on both but repairing one that had been badly damaged. Their work met the highest professional standards. The chimneys were painted to match the house, and they completely cleaned up the porch and yard where some debris had accumulated. They did the work on time and within the estimated cost. I recommend them without reservation."

They had to dig down into the foundation, fix the crack and apply waterproofing underneath my patio. "Eric, through his receptionist, advised that since it was a fairly small job, an hourly rate of $135.00 for first hour and $35.00 per hour after that was agreed to. However, I did not realize that instead of working full days to complete the project, it took 4 days ( 3 hours one day, 4 hours another, etc) to complete. Therefore they charged $135.00 for the first hour each day for 4 days. If the guys had worked longer each day it would have been completed in less days; therefore less cost to me. Eric's office was contacted but Eric advised the pricing was correct."
