They ensured that my floors and corners were protected when both removing and installing the major appliances and left the space clean and everything in perfect working order. "On the coldest day of the year, with Portland an ice rink, our fridge started warming up to a balmy 60 degrees. Not good.
Within three hours of the service call, Corey (Ice Man) was on site, fixing it. Our service call window was 12-2pm, and he was onsite by 12:30pm. Corey is professional, courteous, and you can tell that he's excited about talking to customers about appliances and appliance repair. He even offered to fix someone else's work (the water delivery system) and was quick to show us how to avoid trouble with kinked water hoses in the future.
Hopefully, we won't need to call Corey again, but if our appliances go haywire, he'll be the first call I make.

"The repair person responded promptly to my call, came when he said he would, came with a mask because of Covid, which I appreciated! He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, knew where to to to get the part he needed and all was done the same day. The bill was reasonable. So all in all I will rehire him when I experience a appliance problem!"

"Tech was friendly and replaced faucet quickly."
