"Miguel was very quite and polite. There was absolutely no pressure or attempt to beguile me into a deeper project. His crew was respectful as well. They played their music at a low volume not disrupting myself or neighbors. This has been a problem with other work crews in my neighborhood. Miguel did exactly what he said he would do. He even installed 2 new roof vents for no additional cost. He was on schedule and was successfully in and out of the project.
