"They almost finished but I made the mistake of paying when they were almost done. They didn't show up to remove the last of the plywood forms for the retaining wall. I called at least 4 times and requested that Nelson, the owner of the Co. to send someone to complete the job. He told me 4 times ok and gave me a day when they would come to do that. All 4 times no one showed up. And no one called to say they wouldn't be there. I feel that Nelson was playing with me but do not understand why? I paid in full. $12,000 + tax. Also, he requested I make the check out to his name. I don't know if that is legal to do or not. But I did it."

Because of that i didn't see very small defect on one of the stones, but later it started bothering me. My husband was not very concerned, but I decided to contact John and see if the stone can be replaced so it looks perfect to me. Next day Fernando was by my house and fixed everything in the matter of minutes! Now it's the driveway is perfect. Love it! I was also reminded by John that I have 10 years warranty in case anything else needs to be corrected. I would definitely use this company again if I have future projects."
