"The work that was done was on a rental house that we own. Since we do not live in that state, we have yet to stop by and view the work ourselves. We had hoped to stop by prior to sending in our review, but realize that time is going by. However, our tenant who is a very long term tenant, as well as very discerning, has sent us pictures and has stated that he felt it was a good job. Also, the fact that when he quoted the job he indicated that he could not give a definite price for the exterior wall that had dry rot in it until he removed that part of the wall to see if there was more damage than could be seen by looking at it prior to removal. When we got the invoice Jack had indicated that there was no further damage behind the exterior wall and that the price quoted was what we were to pay. Thus, we feel he has done an excellent job and is also very honest. We will definitely have him do any further repairs that are needed at our rental. Another thing that impressed us was that he was very busy when we first contacted him and told us that he probably would not be able to get to the job for a couple months. However, he made time to meet with us at the house when we were in town to give us a quote and he completed the job before we expected. Again, we definitely will have him work for us again!!"

"Excellent from start to finish. Wayne came out for the estimate, and took care to match the color on already existing trim, as best as he possibly good. The building had an addition where the roof stepped down, and rather than making a drop to a lower gutter, which would have led to a clogging point, we decided on two downspouts. Marco, the young man who did the actual work, was great! He went over the order with me to confirm that what he was told to do fit my recollection. He is a courteous, friendly guy, who was a pleasure to deal with. He did the work fast, and left no debris of any kind behind. The gutters are solid and well-set. Perfect job."
