I can say that I have had a great experience with Shane and that of all the subs that I have contacted for my custom home Shane was the best communicator of them all. It’s nice to have a contractor that wants your business enough that they keep you up to date with where they are in the bidding process. "We are so pleased. After such a disappointing experience with the first contractor (sadly also someone we found on Angie's list) , it was difficult to find someone to even take the job. Kevin not only agreed to take the job but he listened to everything we wanted and kept us updated with every thing he was going to do. Any job that was subcontracted out, he checked and double checked and fixed any problems as they came along. "They were very busy but said that they would get it taken care of before bad weather.  They were true to their word, took care of the work in one day and left everything neat and clean. Besides fixing the obvious damage and installing snow deflectors to prevent future damange, they checked in our attic space to make sure there was no water damage there. The work was outstanding, we've had no problems. We will call them again for any other roofing needs."
