"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "We utilized C&H for several handyman projects in a recently purchased condo, as well as a full cleaning in advance of move in. The handyman project including replacing the door moulding, and putting new thresholds and weather stripping on the doors. Well done! The cleaning was done well, with particularly work well done in the kitchen area, to include dishwasher, oven, stove top, and all cupboards and sink. The owner of the company, Al, is a highly customer centric individual, whom only wants the customer to be well served and completely satisfied in the project results. "Tim came over for an estimate and got right to work helping me get the moulding done on my new construction (so I could order blinds...) and began me on my journey to get the whole house finished with crown moulding.  Tim is very knowledgeable, a true professional and craftsman and seriously talented with his work.  After my estimate, which was very very competitive with others I'd gotten, we decided to hire Tim - due to his knowledge and this wood moulding matching magic trick he can do when moulding has to do something crazy like match to moulding already in place.  He says he's good at math - which is a huge understatement.  Figuring out how the angles work and which size to put where and what would look good in the house is a true gift.  I'm glad he's sharing it with us and helping our home be more beautiful...but I digress... 
 Tim listened to what I wanted, showed me samples, pointed me to pictures of work he'd done and overall made the decision making easier for me.  When it came time for installation, his crew is very professional and polite.  As others mentioned they introduced themselves, let me know who was the job foreman, let me know who would be here and when etc etc.  They did what they said they would do for the price contracted and even finished EARLY.  I work from home and they were very respectful of my space and the need for me to maintain a professional environment even with some 'construction' going on in my home.  
My crown is amazing  You have to see it to believe it - where he matched the builder installed kitchen crown to the new crown is nothing short of AMAZING!  He is a true craftsman and a professional you'd want to do business with.  
Oh, and would I do business with him again?  Ughm...YES.  He's currently working on building me a matching moulding for one of my windows that needed additional help due to an overly large window covering.
Further... I have big plans for the new house...and just as soon as I can get more money together I'm going to hire TF Larkin and crew to put the rest of the crown moulding in the house and then the third phase will be to deck out my dining room with wainscoting and extra special interior door fanci-fication that Tim and I discussed.  :)

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"I literally cannot recommend Armor Tek more highly. For obvious reasons I hope to never need his flood restoration services again, but if for some reason we do suffer water damage and/or mold again, I would absolutely use Armor Tek again. Our job ended up being significantly more gnarly than initially expected, and throughout TC was a great, clear communicator and repeatedly went way above and beyond to try to get our situation mitigated so we could get back home asap. Our attic , which we learned during the course of this work has been a secret disaster area since about 1977, is now immaculately clean and mold-free. I'm positive TC should have charged us more than he did, to be honest, but really appreciate his consideration of all our needs. To top it off he is a really kind person who is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about indoor air quality -- I learned tons from working with him. "Efrain and his crew were on time every day of the job.  They prepped, painted, repaired and cleaned up every day.  He was extremely professional and contacted us every evening about the next day's work.  He was very responsive via email with last minute questions and instructions.  At the end of the job he did a walk through with us and found things we didn't even notice.  We are very picky about lines and we were very happy with the straight lines between rooms and especially above the baseboards.  Not only will we use him again, but we highly recommend him.
