He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. Knowledgeable technician though."

He showed me photos of some work on the furnaces that may need to be done, which I will discuss with my husband. I specifically asked for his card so I can put this company (and him) in my own service directory in the event we need furnace or AC repairs in the future. Also he was very knowledgeable and took great care with his ladder not to bump the walls, which I appreciated. He also put a drop cloth down in the laundry room so as not to cause a mess when he entered the attic. An excellent job by a very trustworthy young man, was my sense of his character. You would not hesitate to allow him access into your home."

"After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends.
