Quoted me for 2 options, one was $1300 and the other was over $550. I told him I just want the leaking water to stop and I’m not interested in replacing the entire setup. He said it was impossible to fix the leak without the full replacement, costing either 550 or 1300. Turns out, 30 bucks and a run to Home Depot later and I fixed it myself. I understand him giving me all the options of replacing everything, but when I specifically asked for just a quick fix of the leak he was very adamant about it being impossible, and tried very hard to convince me to take the $1300 option. This is definitely a sales oriented company that tries to upsell, not your local reliable plumber that we all try to find and trust."
