"The whole process was very easy and un stressful, being I never had this done before that helped a lot. The quote process was easy and straight forward. It's expensive but Scott Roofing was below the other quote and I did not have to do anything as they handled it all. Very professional. Lead times are a bit long but that is the nature of this work. On the day of the job an army of men showed up and got on it very fast. They almost got a two day job done in a day and were cleaning up after dark. All very impressive and worth the money. The roof looks better than the rest of the house now."

"Absolutely beautiful new put on my house in just 2 1/2 days!! So many choices for shingles an very professional. I was informed of everything in advance, and they updated me on the progress twice a day while they worked. Cleaned up afterwards as well making sure nothing was left in the yard or all the ground I may step on. Wonderful group of guys!"

"Appreciate Ricky who was very helpful ! Thankful to Ricky for coming out and doing an inspection on our roof plus checking out a few other items and offering some insight and recommendations."

"The quality of the roofing materials and the replacement workmanship were excellent. The application of the synthetic roof deck barrier and leak barrier plus the flashing around the roof edges and valleys will give my new roof added protection. The roof intake vents and roof ridge exhaust vents are good features. The installation team were efficient, courteous and friendly. They got the job done a day earlier than originally planned. Very pleased with how this project turned out."

"I was self-performing the work on a roof tear-off. My roof had 3 layers in some sections and was very difficult to remove. I needed assistance quickly on the tear-off, and called in the morning around 8AM and by 12:45, CTR had sent a crew of 6 to complete the tear-off. They were timely, professional, hard working and assisted in cleaning up. Katrina in office was very professional with the billing. When I had a question and request to change the billing, she quickly responded. No hassle, no fuss. Just superb customer service all the way around. I will recommend them time and time again. EXCELLENT RESOURCE!"

"Dave helped guide us through the products and took the time to address all my questions. Removed and replaced my asphalt shingles in 2 days. His crew was courteous and respectful. Cleanup was excellent both days. Dave and Katrina even got our add on with no worries. Great to deal with. I recommend CTR with no hesitation."

"I was really pleased with FE Roofing. After several other roofers completely flexed on me Fredy was a pleasant surprise. He was reliable and did a really great job. I highly recommend him to anyone needing roof work."

"Valley Isle Roofing was friendly, efficient, and very professional!! Travis and his crew did an excellent job on my roofing project. He came out, did an inspection, and recommended options for fixing our roof. We opted to do an over-roofing. They completed the job in a day and a half. It looks great! Good job Valley Isle roofing!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
