They made two trips in order to do a primary and finishing coat of concrete. The results exceeded expectations. In fact, D and A's work looked better than the rest of the wall which was not damaged. The lead person on the crew argued with me on how the job should be done. I explained we had a contract for a specific job. Had to text Robert to explain that the crew was not sure of the work and had no written instructions. Robert showed up and the work proceeded. The job was less than halfway done on Thursday. The weather was perfect for a concrete pour, but no one showed up on Friday. Midday Saturday, I had to contact Robert and ask if anyone was coming to complete the job. He quoted a 1-2 day job. He answered later and said his crew would be out. Work continued late Saturday. The job was incomplete on the fourth day. The crew returned to work on Sunday and worked till dusk. The job was still incomplete. On the 5th day, the crew returned to finish the job. Job took 5 days with pr, not 1-2 days."
