"Hugh Keith and son are truly professional. Hugh Keith III did assessment, printed pictures on the spot, provided an exacting estimate and explained process. Hugh Keith Jr. foremaned the effort, taking the time to call, text and email situational updates. Roof was started on Monday. Upon completion of the back effort, Mr. Keith provided pictures and description of what was to follow. Front roof including slates was completed Tuesday with pictures, phone call, text and email. I was worried about them messing up my front yards or patio furniture. Not a sign of any work being done either day. In fact, they hauled away old satilitte dishes and old slate peallings that was all over the porch roof. Outstanding service. Highly recommended, especially for DC homes. Called others roofers, but Keith and Company's responsiveness and initial customer service sold me. I was not disappointed after enlisting their work. 5 year warrantee, but they told me I probably would not have to worry about the roof again and I believe them. Highly recommended."

"What a great experience - and fantastic results. This team arrived on time and worked hard, removing/replacing the roof in less than a day. Due to a lack of open parking spaces, they had to return three times before they could deliver the materials; a lesser company would've re-scheduled. Their price was fair and the work was superb. "Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."

"Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. As a result of this great experience, shortly thereafter I selected RIBA Construction to complete a number of other projects (all completed concurrently with diligent coordination): - Windows and Sliding Doors --> replaced forty (40) old wood windows with new vinyl casement windows - Siding --> replaced (20 squares) of engineered wood with new vinyl siding - Capping --> All windows, doors, and trim capped with aluminum and vinyl soffit vents - Gutters --> installed 300+ feet of new gutters and downspouts While no project goes perfectly, everyone at RIBA Construction really cares about doing the right thing and made everything the way it should be without hesitation.
