"Hugh inspected our old metal flat roof system and acrylic skylights. He provided us with two options: one for repairs and one for complete replacement. Both estimates were for superior materials and were very reasonably priced. He was upfront that we didn't need to replace the entire roof right now, but if we didn't we'd likely have to do more work in a few years. We elected to replace the skylights and do the complete replacement, which included fixing any damaged decking, installing a new base sheet, adding a layer of insulation, and a thick rubber roof system. Since it was March, they were able to schedule the work right away. They arrived early in the morning, removed the old roof and skylights, and put on the new roof system and skylights. They were done by mid-afternoon. The crew was professional, hard-working, and efficient. Most of all, I was impressed with the high quality of their work. They even cleaned up the bits of the paper from under the old roof that inevitably found their way all over from our yard---and our neighbors. I *highly* recommend Keith Roofing! Addendum. A few months later, a contractor had to install two vents for exhaust fans through the beautiful new roof. I wasn't sure how good a job they did, so I sent some photos to Hugh and asked if we could hire him to fix it. He said the other contractor's work would eventually leak, but his guys would come out and install new rubber around the vents---at no charge. Fabulous customer service."

Due to a lack of open parking spaces, they had to return three times before they could deliver the materials; a lesser company would've re-scheduled. Their price was fair and the work was superb. "Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."

"Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. As a result of this great experience, shortly thereafter I selected RIBA Construction to complete a number of other projects (all completed concurrently with diligent coordination): - Windows and Sliding Doors --> replaced forty (40) old wood windows with new vinyl casement windows - Siding --> replaced (20 squares) of engineered wood with new vinyl siding - Capping --> All windows, doors, and trim capped with aluminum and vinyl soffit vents - Gutters --> installed 300+ feet of new gutters and downspouts While no project goes perfectly, everyone at RIBA Construction really cares about doing the right thing and made everything the way it should be without hesitation.
