"The roof was replaced in a day and the gutters the next. The crew was in and out and all the interactions we had were pleasant on professional. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. "Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed.
