"Renovation of 1 and 1/2 bathrooms in my apartment. Contractor and workers were very responsible. They were always on time. The tile work in the bathrooms was perfection!! Workers checked with me regularly so we were on the same page and the contractor went out of his way, beyond my expectations, to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall work was excellent!"

"I had a great experience with John & the workers that performed my bathroom renovation. He was very professional & responsive while the guys worked hard on designing the bathroom of my dreams which included creating a closet in my daughter’s bedroom! His price was reasonable & the work was done was done quickly. I attached before & after photos so you can see how they were able to utilize the space the way I wanted along with the design I provided. "Mr. Hok and Proper Contracting NY Inc were an absolute godsend after a kitchen fire forced a complete gut renovation of my mother’s apartment. Their pricing was by far the best after getting four quotes, and the quality delivered was outstanding. Renovating in a Co-op can be tricky, but Proper Contracting handled every detail effortlessly. They coordinated with the board, provided all COI paperwork, and strictly followed building rules. Midway through, we were so impressed that we expanded the scope to paint the entire apartment and remodel the bathroom. They managed everything seamlessly and stayed strictly on budget. If you want a reliable, skilled, and honest contractor, look no further. I definitely recommend Proper Contracting NY Inc! (Check out the uploaded photos to see their work!)"

"I hired Johnny to do a second bathroom for me because I was so happy with the work he did on another bathroom that he remodeled for me. I was not disappointed. All of the work was done neatly and on time. The bathroom looks beautiful. It is just what I requested. Johnny helped me select finishes that would make my vision a reality. I would recommend Johnny to anyone who wants to have a bathroom remodeled."

"We got an estimate from Robert Remodeling back in March of 2021 for a complete basement renovation. At that time we also pursued additional estimates from well-known and recommended contractors. We were simultaneously getting estimates from siding companies for our entire home and 2 garages. From our first meeting with Rob, we knew that he was the man for BOTH jobs. He continued to meet with us at least 3 more times before his start date on 9/21. During these meetings, Rob reviewed potential problems as well as made sensible and affordable design recommendations aligned with our vision for the space and our family needs. This was the first major home renovation for us since owning our home and we needed someone knowledgeable, skilled, patient, loyal, dog-friendly and most importantly, someone who valued our money and how/where it was spent as much as we did. Rob delivered on all accounts! We can honestly say that he went ABOVE and beyond from day 1. Rob and his crew fully gutted our basement, installed a gorgeous kitchen, renovated a bathroom, and installed new flooring throughout the space. Our basement is now a show stopper! Not only did his work increase our home overall value, it also increased our living space and we will benefit from the skilled workmanship and smart choices he made along the way with our family in mind for years to come. We undoubtedly made the right choice when we hired his company and, without knowing it, also made a great friend. His work ethic and meticulous nature are very rare gems in the construction industry. Do yourself and your hard-earned money a favor and give him a call!"

"Everything was perfect! I am super happy with the job these guys did. They were very attentive to every detail and listened carefully to my comments regarding the remodeling. The work was done exactly on time and I could see the amount of care they put into my bedroom. I would definitely come back again and recommend!"

"From gutting the old bathroom, to installing the new one, OZ was fantastic. They gave us a timeframe for the job, and they kept to that schedule. (They finished 1 day ahead of schedule!) The entire staff at OZ was a pleasure to deal with. The workers that performed the demo and the remodel always arrived on time. They were very careful to secure the area with plastic tarps, and canvas floor runners, so as not to soil, or damage, our home. We are very pleased with our new bathroom."

"I am please with the job that TKT remodeling did on my home I will hire again for my fut"
