They respected our space and cleaned up their work. The ceiling fan they installed turned out to be a dud (not their fault - we had ordered it online). They uninstalled the fan, boxed it up, explained why it wasn't working, went and found a new one, installed that one, discovered that was a dud too, uninstalled and returned that one, and finally installed a third fan that we ordered from a different supplier. They did a wonderful job, were thoughtful and calm throughout, and barely charged for the additional work. We will definitely keep using them for additional projects. They also looked at other projects we have in the house and gave reasonable advice on how to proceed."
