"They supposedly clean sewer line, and told the should be replaced, the worker said he would get hold of a guy at to give us a bid which never happen,so we waited a week and called another plumber he came out his camera in the sewer line and he had me look at the line while camera went through and you couldn't even tell he went through it still a lot of roots,so my called them to tell about the sewer not being cleaned out,so asked for our money since they didn't do the job they were suppose to,and it's been a month and still haven't heard anything.I would call them again."

"We had major flooding in the basement in an older home that had not been in use for a while. Called speedy plumbing and they cam out the Same Day. Turns out the sewer line had significant blockage. Jake was great - quickly found our problem and cleared our line so we were back in business. This older home may very well need a sewer line replacement but he was able to clear it enough to get flow going again. Our only other option was sewer line replacement at $7k+, but he took care of us. That may still be in the future, but at least we are good for another year. Highly recommend these guys. Explained the situation, honest, understanding. 5 stars"

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Fargo, ND

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
