"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"So glad I found Eagle Siding to do repair work on my home. Both Buck and Rick were a pleasure to work with and their crew did excellent work on replacing my chimney chase with LP Smart siding. They were constantly keeping track of the progress regarding the job itself and were available for any questions I might have. I would highly recommend Eagle Siding Inc. for any repair projects to your home, be it siding, roofing or window replacement. Thanks from a very gradifying customer!"

"Repaired an old moss damaged shake roof using quality shakes and preservatives. Flexible and friendly, conscientious and professional working relationship. Call Harry for an honest evaluation of your roofing needs."

"Hilda was easy to work with (she really knows everything about roofing). I appreciated that she was able to get me into her schedule before the winter season. Definitely would recommend J & B Roofing and would work with them again. A+"

"HW replaced my roof after a hail storm. This isn't necessarily unusual and the work performed was as expected. What is unusual, representing amazing customer service, is the willingness for the team at HW to come out and address items that cropped well over a year following the installation. These may or may not have been a result of the roof install, but in either event, the team fixed the issues with no question asked."

"We had hail damage and Elite worked easily with our insurance. They helped with the assessment of the damage and getting the work scheduled. They did an excellent job giving us a new roof and ensuring that the underlayment was in good condition. We have new vents that actually work. They did a wonderful job protecting the environment immediately around the house. When they were finished, they did a very thorough clean up with magnets to be sure they picked up any nails that missed the tarps."

"This is the second time I had my roof done in the past twenty years; my first roofer retired so I needed to look for a new contractor.    I got estimates from a number of companies.  All American Exteriors wasn't the lowest bid but they were very close;  I chose the company based on the estimated cost, the number of positive reviews, the length of time they've been in business and their rating on the BBB site, and in the end, their proactive response and interactions with me during the bidding process.
The company owner, Adrian, was the initial contact for the estimate.  He came to the house to look at the situation and ask/answer questions.  Adrian wasn't much of a "schmoozer/salesman" type, and certainly not aggressive in pushing me to commit to his company before I as ready to, which I appreciated.  He provided a quite thorough description of the work to be done, and provided a complete written estimate very quickly.  He was also very patient in addressing numerous questions about the available options for the roofing job, even while not pushing me to commit to his company right away.
My house is relatively small, but I had a dire need to get the work done by a given deadline.  Adrian and the company office manager were very proactive in scheduling the job.  On the day that the job was scheduled, the crew showed up very early, ready to go.  Because I needed to get the job done ASAP, the owner/project manager was not there first thing (he was getting another job going too), but that didn't concern me because he was "squeezing my job in at a very busy time", and  since he was reachable by cell phone and was going to come to the job later in the morning.
The only snafu in the job was with the boom truck delivering the shingles.  An issue with the driveway and the location of a neighbor's valued tree precluded letting the boom truck drive up on the driveway and load the shingles directly onto the roof.
The roofing crew wasn't happy about having to carry bundles of shingles up to the roof, but I felt that it wasn't that big a problem (not that many bundles to carry up, a small one story ranch, and a very cool day).  While the roofing crew supervisor was very courteous in expressing the crew's displeasure in having to carry the materials up to the roof, I was a bit concerned that the crew might be less motivated to provide quality in their work - but that didn't hold to be true.
Adrian came over to the job later in the morning, and again in the afternoon, to check in on how things were going & I assume to provide some direction to the crew.  Adrian and the office manager (Elizabeth) were very responsive in working with the city to get my inspection scheduled and completed.  The city said pictures would suffice but I insisted that the inspector come to my property and do a walk through on the roof itself - and that had to be coordinated with the roofing company because they had to provide the ladder to get up on the roof.
The job was done in mid-July and as I write this a few months later, so far so good.  I was pleased with the whole process, the cost, the quality of the materials and the work done, and with the professionalism/response of the company owner, employees, and sub contracting crew.   If there's a place to nominate this company to the Angie's List "hall of fame" I will do so.

"Joel's team installed new singles on my roof two years ago (2011). My roof still looks very nice and strong. He offered a very decent price for both the new singles and new plywood. I will highly recommend his company."

"Due to a severe hail storm, we had significant damage to our home. We contracted with Hoffman Weber to replace our roof, siding, gutters, windows and repair the decks. Our sales rep, Joe Wire, was extremely helpful working with us and the insurance company throughout the entire process. Joe responded promptly to our phone calls and address our questions and/or concerns when they arose. Overall, we had a great experience with Hoffman Weber and Joe, in particular, as the face of Hoffman Weber. We would highly recommend Hoffman Weber Construction to others."
