They also dug and installed a new drain for a gutter that was part of the problem contributing to the walkway shifting. I would recommend Cameron's company to do mudjacking. They use a concrete mixture, rather than a poly fill (which I had used before to mudjack, but it didn't work)."

"I was trying to install a new gas stove at my house. Seemed simple enough, only I couldn't disconnect the gas line from the gas pipe. I got online to find a gas line plumber, received a call back quickly, and 3 guys showed up within a couple of hours! They jumped on the floor attacking the gas line and quickly got it loose. They figured out the new oven, brought it in and hooked it up. They were great! I'm going to use them for another project in the basement."

"We had some issues with another contractor and we were on a short timeframe for a new backyard patio. Dan Chapman was prompt and very helpful with providing a estimate with understanding the time crunch. His quote was fair and the best quote we received for building a large backyard patio and repairing our driveway. The work was complete in a prompt and quick manner, with great cleaning up of the site. His crew was very nice and polite, especially when our dog ran over the wet cement in which they had to redo. "The owner, John, was prompt at scheduling an appointment and providing an estimate.  John was friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or that I was wasting his time.  Once we agreed to have ClassiConcrete do the work, I asked John to provide me with a date and estimated start time, so I could plan accordingly.  Despite asking for this date multiple times, John's crew showed up unannounced and uninformed about what the project is they were supposed to doing (they started moving stuff out of the garage).  After I received a call that they were at the house starting the work and cleared up all the confusion, the crew worked did an overall okay job at pouring the new driveway and sidewalk.  However, once I was able to inspect the work, I noticed they had not moved any of the landscaping pavers, but rather just concreted over parts of them.  I called the owner to voice my frustration with the way the job was completed and ask that he propose a solution.  The owner agreed to visit the project review the issue, but then avoid my calls several days.  Ultimately, he finally sent his crews over to fix the issue about 2 weeks later.  While, overall the workmanship was good (other than the oversight of paving part of the landscaping), the lack of communication from the owner was extremely frustrating.
While I might consider hiring ClassiConcrete again, I would have to set all the expectations upfront.  Plus, I would not agree to pay the remaining balance until I was able to inspect and approve the work.
