"From filling out the online for to inquire, to the estimate, to the actual work being done was lightning fast. I was contacted the day after filling a form. They sent an estimator to my home quickly. They provided a detailed estimate for the fence as well as plans for me to look over and approve. The estimate for install after I approved their quote was 4-5 weeks out, which would have put us to June 22 for install. They contacted me about a week PRIOR to that date to see if they could install sooner! It was moved up by about 5 days and we could not be happier with it. The fence itself is cedar, was installed within a few hours. The installers were friendly. They explained what they were doing, how the latch in the gate worked, and made sure I had no other questions prior to leaving the jobsite. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. JD and his crew were fantastic! The estimate was competitive with other bidders and we felt the value of their services was very high. We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. They kept the interior of the house clean and even worked around our child's naptimes. We are VERY happy with our new windows.

"8ft cedar privacy fence. Had to have 3 gates. They built the fence and then just cut out the gates , they are already warping out . left gaps on each side of the gate and thus privacy is lost. some of the pickets are not even nailed , the job was rushed. . very poor clean up. they did not want to haul away the old fence as they had agreed to do . got upset with me when i kept part of the chain link fence fabric for a scraping neighbor. All the gate latches were installed so the padlocks have to be put on the outside of the fence instead of on the inside of the fence ,This makes removal easy ."
