He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. "Came very quickly after called for leaking wax seal and found seal not leaking but a hose in tank was spraying and water was running down back of toilet onto floor.
