"Greg was punctual and professional. Most importantly, he listened to me and did not immediately dismiss the issues I was having with my oven as "user error." By a process of deduction, he determined that the main computer board of my oven was broken. Although the quote for the repair was fair, it was going to cost nearly as much as a new oven, so we opted not to have the repair. "Initially I gave these guys an F and bad review because I was unhappy with their response to some ceiling damage I received that was due to their initial installation of my system. But David, their Customer Service Manager called me back and the company took full responsibility for their workmanship, repaired the incorrect installation that caused the water damage (quickly), and then took care of the ceiling repair at no cost (also within days). I believe in giving companies like this a second chance and have changed my review and faith in using Reliant and will continue to use them in the future.
