"I found Greg to be both knowledgeable and responsive. He designed and built a sunroom addition, which is now my favorite part of our home. His crew was respectful and diligent. Most of them and his subs were well qualified, but a few needed greater supervision. The project took longer to complete than contracted for, but was not significantly delayed, especially considering that it was undertaken during the height of the pandemic. The design was well thought out, and most of the work well executed, though some of it needed returns and fixing (which Greg did). "They told me they would be at the site at one hour and arrived several hours later. They didn't let me know that they wouldn't be at the site until hours after we had been waiting for their arrival. They did an excellent job of removing the old sheet rock and insulation and putting up the new. They wasted a lot of sheet rock that could be used on another project that we had to haul away. They did vacuum the site and washed the floor so it wasn't too bad for us to clean afterwards;"
