They couldn't reach the pipe to replace it from the basement due to a bathroom bump out and had to excavate outside to be able to remove an old, rusted & broken cast iron pipe and replace it with PVC. Paul, Kyle, Tim, and Jose were amazing to work with. Apparently this problem was years in the making, and I'm so relieved that it's finally been resolved. I've hired them before and would definitely hire them again. They're true professionals, honest, and communicate in a way that's easy to understand. "Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced. "
