I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

"This team is extremely professional. I was very impressed on how much they care to do a good job. I have interviewed several companies to help me fix a roof leak since I had some bad experiences in the past. They had the most resanonable quote out of them all and excellent costumer service. They came to my house the time they said they were going to, and shared so many pictures of their progress through out the morning via their link; which I was very grateful for being usually is hard to know exactly what they did on the roof. I was able to see everything they did, and wow they did such a good job from the complete set up, removal of singles, replacement of plywood, and complete clean up before they left. The roof replacement project is so important that we need the contractor reliable and trustful, . I'm glad that they didn't disappoint me. It was completed in one day. The roof was replaced perfectly and the workers did a good job of cleaning up after completion. I hope the new roof can stand the test of wind and rain, and my review will be follow up ."

"They installed our roof in the pouring down rain. Asked multiple times for them to stop, they did not. Paid for the 50 year warranty. Our roof has flaws now that require repairs especially with the winter months approaching. I reached out on Facebook and within seconds my question was deleted and I was blocked. My wife reached out to Jeff Brett and received a response to now find out that he too has blocked her. This company will not admit to their mistakes nor take the appropriate action to correct them. Call and either they don't answer or we get the run around. On top of all of this they damaged hundreds if not a few thousand worth of my brand new flashing and vinyl siding. This company is not worth their word nor contracts considering they are actively breaking the agreement in which we signed for. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!"
