"SKM sent Eric and his work partner Rick to us. They did a great job of tearing off and replacing the old rotted flooring of our front porch while leaving the solid existing railings in place. They also did a fine job of downsizing and re-leveling our old patio making it more manageable for us. This included leveling the ground around the patio so water won't collect and freeze there in the winter. The worksite was clean and all scrap material was bagged and ready to be placed at the curb at the end of each workday. I'd recommend SKM and both Eric and Rick for your handyman jobs of this type. "Guy is amazing! He came to remove some cabinets and install new appliances and wound up helping me for the next four weeks. He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets).
