"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Dependable, knowledgeable, and honest. Would I recommend him or use him again. Yes I would."

"I would absolutely recommend this company for appliance repair. My Home Warranty Plan contracted them to repair my fridge that was leaking at the time. They were very knowledgeable about the product. Placed an order for the required parts and returned in a timely manner to complete the repair. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Will be using them again with or without my Home warranty plan."

"The owner Chris showed up first and has an excellent knack for diagnosing what was wrong with our double oven. I was impressed with his knowledge of all appliances. I tried to fix the oven but failed after replacing the heating element. He looked up the part and ordered it right in my kitchen and estimated the time it would take to get it. He beat that time by a couple days. He sent two fellas out to change out a relay board and everything now works fine. I am not easily impressed but I sure liked the service I received. If you have a tough appliance repair - these are the guys to call."

"$100. service fee. Told me what is wrong with machine. Did not receive any paperwork. Emailed back. Still waiting for the paperwork as of today. He did tell me it would be about $600 to repair and the $100 would count towards that amount."

"Great fast, friendly service,priced amazing!"

"Arrived on time and sent a text to let know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and implemented the repair. He cleaned up the area when he was completed and provided advice on the repair and items to look for in the future. Highly recommend"

"Dean from Motorcity Appliance LLC provided excellent repair service to several of my appliances.
