Trevor was part of the team when we were finishing a kitchen remodel in 2014.  At that time we had him open a space in a wall for a future cabinet, but not cut through the wall until we knew what we wanted.  We figured out what would work best and asked him to finish the wall cut-out and smooth the sides so the new cabinet will fit.  While Trevor cut the drywall, his helper vacuumed up all the dust.  They also moved a storage unit to another room.  Trevor also answered some questions I had about a problem outside. 

They were done with everything within 40 min and no dust or drywall fragments remained.  I'm sure he will return to help with some other job in the future.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Everything goes very smoothly. We have done a couple projects with SMS Construction before, and basically Scott, (the Owner) comes out, to see what you are looking for, he will go over any idea's that he may have to see if it would make more sense a different way, cheaper for us to do it just a little different, or anything else that comes to mind. It has never been negative, it has always helped us out, and been things we have never thought about. After taking his notes, he will then contact you in the next couple days to go over the typed up bid that he figured out. He doesn't ask for all of the money up front, and has it all typed in Black and white as far as what your going to get for the price. Then when the job is finished and you are happy with the job (which you will be) you pay the remainder of the contract/bid. If there are ever any problems or changes during the project he has called one of us to keep in contact with us and ask us what we would like to do from there. There hasn't ever been any hidden charges, just upgrades for things we have added onto the original bid."
