"Sam did an excellent job repairing our siding.  Since the manufacturer no longer manufactured the exact style, Sam suggested that he could take some existing pieces from the side of the house that had a lot shrub coverage for the repair and replace with a close match.  The replaced pieces are hardly noticeable and hidden by the shrubs. 

His painter also did a great job.  Both gentlemen are friendly and easy to work which is a huge plus from my wife's perspective."

"I was at the end of a long process cleaning up our master bathroom shower, doors taken down, caulk removed, etc.  I wanted to get an estimate on a couple remaining things I needed to complete on the project.  Thought there might be some tile/grout repair needed.  Allen got back to me almost immediately after I requested an estimate on our project via Angie's List.  I think that was a Friday and he was at our house the next day (Saturday) to estimate.  He took a look at our project and estimated it.  Also suggested a few things and it turned out I did not need to regrout the shower after all.  Instead, Allen took some extra unplanned time and recaulked the whole shower for us and at a very fair price (on a Saturday afternoon).  Customer service, quality of workmanship were all great and I'd definitely recommend him."

I found someone else to do the granite part of it left. They are a very good company, but they were just more expensive than what I went with. "We had Roger and his team upgrade out 1960's kitchen. Our goal was to open up the wall between the kitchen dining room, and make the layout different from what we had . While we could not get it fully open due to HVAC in the wall, Roger got us as much as he could which we appreciate. His cabinet maker came in and gave us some really nice ideas on how to lay out our cabinets, sinks and appliances. We really like the rolling island he recommended. All the workers were very nice, answering all my questions. Roger was always answering my texts/phone calls we had plenty of questions (have never done a major remodel like this before). Their wiliness to help us with our questions, made their team great to work with. "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Greg had built a previous plain 18X18 garage at a rental property we own and everything went great there so we hired him again.  He handled everything very professionally.  We live in SW Minneapolis and our driveway runs between ours & our neighbors house.  We have a difficult neighbor who stayed "home from work" the day the driveway was poured and Greg was good at handling them.  He came up with the french drain idea and "helped" the neighbors to agree to attach their downspouts.  He also made sure at the completion of the project that the landscaping/ sod was all replaced good as new.  The match to the stucco and dutch eyebrows on our existing home was perfect and everyone who sees our garage says it looks like an exact match of our house.  We love our new garage and anyone thinking of building one and using Greg is welcome to come check ours out."
