"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

"!)I booked the Angie' List coupon on Sunday night, and got a callback on Monday, and the work was done on Tuesday!  Brandon and Edward showed up promptly within the time frame allotted, and explained what they were going to do.  The Angie's List coupon only covered the cleaning of the tile and grout, but for an additional amount, I decided to have them put a color seal on the grout that would keep it from getting discolored for several years.  The grout had gotten considerably darker over the 5 years since I had had the floor installed, and when they showed me what the color seal would restore, I decided to pay the extra amount.  Because the grout cleaning and sealing was done by hand with a toothbrush (!), something that I couldn't do myself, I realized that it was worth the extra payment!  The floor looks like it has just been laid, and I am very pleased with the outcome of my Angie's List purchase!  One caveat is that the cleaning does NOT include sealing of the grout, so even if you want a clear sealant put on, there will be an additional charge, but as I said, I opted for the color seal that was more expensive but would keep the grout looking good for some time to come. <br />"

"Fantastic job. Rhett was very professional, explained everything very clearly, and did a great job. I originally just planned on having the carpets cleaned but ended up having him also add a carpet protectant and clean the tile and grout in the kitchen and I'm very glad I did. With two large, messy dogs, and a cat, my carpets were in dire need. I will definitely use them again in the future."

"This is a follow-up to a previous review in which I conveyed a poor experience. Ultrasteam followed up and addressed the situation to my satisfaction. The follow-up was much appreciated, they appear to have done a great job during this second visit. Paul and Ron came out in February to assess the problem areas of the original color seal areas. They hold firm to the assessment that the grout was in bad shape in those specific areas. They repaired the actual grout in the problem areas and re-applied color seal. Beyond that they cleaned the grout lines in the entire room and properly blended the color seal so that all grout lines are uniform. They went above and beyond today, time will tell on the durability for my particular experience but as I told Paul and Ron, I am perfectly happy to pay them for their time and services which extend beyond the scope of the original color seal job, which I believe repairing the actual grout was. They refused payment. I'm certainly happy with how the problem was (finally) handled, my only complaint was that it took a long time to get to this point. Ron and Paul both seem like gentleman who care about their work and the perception of their work by their customers. The visit today was very much appreciated. Based on their approach on the visit today and the conversations we had, I would consider hiring them in the future."

"I visited OK Vacuum & Janitor Supply for help with my Dyson vacuum.  Despite calling Dyson's technical support hotline, I wasn't able to fix the problem myself (weird noise and loss of suction).  The employee inspected my vacuum, located a blockage that I hadn't been able to find, and cleared it out for me.  When I asked how much I owed him, he refused to charge me.  He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  I would absolutely return to OK Vacuum & Janitor Supply for repairs in the future. <br /> <br />"
