"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. The house looks great! #4 When we were talking about the job, he took the time and educated me about the choices between metal and shingles! I highly recommend Sunset Roofing LLC. If you need roof work done! Mark A. Pellicane- Geneseo, NY"

"Graves Bros. (Rochester crew) handled our roof replacement, and we could not be more impressed with the results! The process started with a two-plus-hour meeting with Chad, assessor and estimator. He knew this was our first-ever roofing project, and was patient, thorough and professional answering a wide range of questions. We had one final contractor meeting scheduled, but that was cancelled thanks to the great visit by Chad. Graves was hired the next day, and price became secondary, as we felt totally confident with this major decision. The work crew arrived at 7:00 am, and twelve hours later with sunset imminent, the job was finished, in spite of one unforeseen challenge along the way. After tearing off the old shingles, one large section with very low pitch revealed a decking that was markedly warped in many areas — poor workmanship by the previous roofing company!. Rich, Graves’ excellent project supervisor, was all but assured the entire area had to be replaced with 16 sheets of new plywood (otherwise, we’d be re-covering an issue that would reveal damage down the road). So, Rich asked his boss, John, to come out ASAP, and after a meeting to discuss options, we confidently approved the extra work and cost. Fast forward to the successful conclusion, our finished GAF roof looks fantastic; the quality of materials was clearly equaled, if not surpassed by, the amazing skilled workmanship of the crew. Thanks to Rich’s team — including Chino, Juan, Maria, Manuel and Louis — for their dedication, attention to detail, professionalism, and camaraderie—their self-pride and experience made all the difference! Also, a thank you to Bob, Logistics Manager, for timely delivery of materials and removal of dumpster. We highly recommend Graves as the best possible choice for any roof repair or replacement. Rick and Debbie B."

"Stellar roofing did a fantastic job with the roof. They did a full tear-off of the old roof and replaced it with a metal roof. It looks fantastic and have already received compliments on the new roof."

"You ask how did it go and my reply is GREAT. Last year I needed the barn roof replaced. Response from the Jerry was quick and after I had completed my portion of the preperation the roofing crew came in promptly. The work was completed in a professional and very efficient manner. Clean up by the crew was to the point where it appeared as though nothing had ever happened. I will call Proctor Enterprises for my next project. Note: I am not a good photographer !"

"Best company to hire!!! Highly recommend ROC City Roofing"

"We hired Long Construction to install a Solar Roof system which included tear off of the old roof and installation of a new roof with integrated solar panels. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship and quality of the job!"

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Oaks Roofing and Siding on a full siding replacement project, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and truly customer-focused. The team took the time to understand my vision and provided expert guidance on materials, colors, and design options that would best complement my home. Communication was outstanding throughout the process—every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and I always felt informed and involved. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and safe worksite. They treated my home with the utmost respect, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The new siding has completely transformed the look of my house—it’s like a brand-new home! Oaks Roofing and Siding clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect of their work.
