"I bought my grandmother's home that was built in the 60's with absolutely no living room lighting. Needless to say Cole came over to give me a bid and was absolutely reasonable with it. Adding 6 lights and switches to my living room and a dining room light (the previous light was off center). After he finished installing my living room lights he addressed a concern of mine in my electrical panel which was that my dryer and AC wires were double tapped, causing them to overload the breaker anytime I ran both at the same time. Cole took care of me without any complaint. He is very respectful, knowledgeable, and cleans up after himself with taking proper precautions by covering my floors before beginning work. I will have him do ANY of my electrical work (again being an older home I need some more updating) at my house or I will recommend him to anyone that needs it."

The work looks amazing and he even pushed back on something that I wanted to do that wouldn’t be smart even though it might have made him more money. And he was right… it wouldn’t have been smart to do. During the projects, Trevor ran into a couple issues where he had to spend a lot more time and use more expensive materials. He stayed super late and even called his wife to come help to finish the job, plus he never asked for more money. If you want a hard working, honest electrician, hire Trevor. I would give him 6 stars if I could. And I will definitely hire him again."

"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"
