"This is only directed at the tool and service rental area. Youngish man (guessing from voice) working there, answering the phone, is very, very unpleasant. Needed to rent a tool, wouldn't go to computer to see when it was supposed to be returned- even after calling multiple times to SEE if it had been returned. We are going to a different location. Very sad, as there are some great workers there. Generously giving 2 stars since he answered the phone. ?"

Michael was the first on our schedule, and as soon as he left our house, I told my wife there was no need to interview anyone else, so we cancelled the other two interviews. I could tell he cared about doing good work. He bid the project in the spring and installed in late summer. Even with up and down building costs, he stayed on budget and didn't try to nickel and dime me as the project progressed."
