He took both down to their studs, both baths had complex plumbing issues that required Marc to do more work than anticipated. We have received a plethora of compliments on our bathrooms. Marc offered upgrade options that made sense based on function, resale snd that one item that might be WOW in the room..Marc suggested 2 Niches in the shower, tiled in an hexagon, a beautiful contract to the beveled white subway, it’s beautiful! He also discovers an additional 6 ft of ceiling opening a very small 1920 bath to make for an abundance of natural light, these are some of the value options, ones that added both value & wow! My bathrooms are gorgeous, everything that I dreamt they would be!! For me they are the jewels in our home! Mark is not only meticulous with his work but he is also extremely skilled in all facets of home remodeling. Marc meets all contractual timelines as delineating in his project management system. We would hire a Marc over and over again! My husband has said “ one thing about Marc, yea you might pay a little bit more, however, you’ll never have to call him back, he does the job right the first time, you get what you pay for!
